Understand monthly orders and stored-order limits

Learn why these are separate allowances and what to check when checkout pauses.

Monthly live orders

Your monthly allowance counts live orders recorded during the calendar month in New Zealand time. It resets at the start of the next month.

  • Free: 100 live orders per month.

  • Basic: 1,000 live orders per month.

  • Pro: 5,000 live orders per month, shared across the owner’s stores.

Demo orders do not use this allowance. Deleting, cancelling or refunding a live order does not give its slot back. A payment still in progress can temporarily reserve capacity.

Stored orders

Stored-order limits control how much order history a store can keep. Free includes 100 stored orders, Basic 10,000 and Pro 250,000 per store. This limit does not reset each month.

Where available, order rotation can remove the oldest stored orders to make room. It does not increase the monthly allowance. Keep any records you need before removing order history.

Check your usage

Open Settings → Plan usage. Dashboard Home also shows monthly order usage and the next reset date.

If checkout pauses, check both allowances, outstanding payments, product stock and payment settings. Existing-order fulfilment can continue when new orders are paused. The store owner’s plan applies to the store, including work done by teammates.
