Read your sales and visitor reports

Understand the Analytics page and why visits, orders and sales can show different totals.

Open Analytics in the dashboard. Choose a report period, then select a metric to change the chart. You can view the underlying daily data where available.

Sales and orders

Sales reports and product performance are available on every plan. Sales figures use paid or fulfilled orders. Demo, cancelled and refunded orders are excluded from sales.

Top products are ranked by sales before order-level discounts. A product’s ranking is not necessarily the same as the final total customers paid for an order.

Visitor reports

Visitor analytics and live visitor counts are available on Basic and Pro. Visits are browsing sessions; unique visitors represent distinct browsers. One person can have multiple visits, and the same person using another browser can count separately.

These reports count shoppers who allow analytics. Blocked tracking and privacy choices can reduce the recorded totals. Country and device details are approximate.

Dates and missing data

Reports use New Zealand time. The last 24 hours is a rolling period. Visitor history is retained for 90 days, while sales history depends on the orders still stored.

If a report looks unexpected, check the date range, demo/status filters and any partial-report notice. Use Refresh to retry a report that has not updated.

Pro also includes an optional Google Analytics 4 connection.
