Open Products → Catalogue and add or edit a product.
Under Inventory & delivery, enable Digital product.
Enter the Download link for the file or download destination.
Choose a stock limit or enable Unlimited stock.
If appropriate, enable Fulfil automatically, then save.
Check the download destination
Make sure the link works for a customer who is not signed in to your file-hosting account. Check that it opens the correct file and that any access settings allow the intended download.
Digital products do not require shipping. A cart containing physical products may still need a delivery option for those items.
What happens after purchase?
After a successful order, download information is available through the order’s download flow and confirmation email. Automatic fulfilment applies when every item in the order is a digital product with that setting enabled.
If a customer cannot download
Confirm that the order completed, check the saved download destination and ask the customer to check the email address used at checkout. If the destination works but the order’s download access does not, contact ShopWaka support with the order number.
